Project Starfish gave me the resources and supportive environment I needed in order for me to learn 4 years worth of education within a year so that I could complete my N(T) Levels. The teachers were patient and kind with the students and I was also able to make new friends that gave me that extra motivation to go to the lessons. Despite facing challenges, I still managed to pass all my subjects and got an A for English.
I am now studying under a 3-Year Higher NITEC course in Tourism and for my first term in the course, I received a GPA that exceeded my expectations. Overall, Project Starfish has helped me build my resilience and confidence in my own abilities and I am forever grateful for my time there and everything they have done for me.
