Project Starfish has made a great impact in my life because it helped me get to ITE. Without Project Starfish, I wouldn’t be here... I joined Project Starfish because I wanted to continue my studies after my National Service. I did not get a chance to complete my studies in secondary school. Project Starfish has changed my life. Over time, with them, it had unlocked some potential that I wasn’t able to unlock within myself. They motivated me to pursue and enjoy studying. Without them, again, I would have wasted my life working 24/7. Now, I have a lot of options for work and studies. They gave me a lot of opportunities to work on what I’m interested in and strive.
What motivates me now are my circles of friends and the course that I got into. They make me want to strive more. There’s more to come right after ITE - maybe poly? Why not aye! But seriously, PROJECT STARFISH - JUST A ONE TIME OPPORTUNITY AND I’M SO LUCKY THAT I GOT SELECTED TO BE IN THE PROGRAMME.
